• Research target accounts and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company databases, and market intelligence tools.
• Qualify inbound marketing leads against defined ICP criteria using structured frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC.
• Log all outreach activities, prospect information, and communication history accurately in the CRM platform.
• Write compelling, personalised prospecting emails and LinkedIn messages that communicate the product's value proposition effectively.
• Schedule product demonstrations and discovery calls for account executives, ensuring smooth handoffs with context transfer.
• Meet daily and weekly activity metrics including outreach volume, conversation rate, and meeting-booked targets.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with zero to three years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM for logging activities and managing contact records.
• Strong written English communication skills with the ability to craft concise, personalised prospecting messages.
• Resilience and persistence: comfortable making high volumes of outbound contacts and handling rejection professionally.
• Curiosity to understand the company's SaaS product deeply enough to communicate its value proposition in cold outreach.
• Ability to research companies and identify relevant decision-makers and buying signals from publicly available information.
• Self-disciplined and target-driven with the ability to track personal activity metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
