📌 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules including GL, AR, AP, asset accounting, and controlling
- Support end-to-end implementation and rollout of SAP FICO for client organizations
- Conduct blueprint workshops and prepare functional specification documents
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
- Resolve production support tickets and incidents raised by finance users
- Prepare end-user training material and conduct training sessions
- Coordinate with technical team for ABAP development and custom enhancements
- Provide post-go-live stabilization support and hypercare activities
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Com., M.Com., or MBA Finance background required
- SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting or Controlling preferred
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on SAP FICO project experience in implementation or support
- Working knowledge of Indian localization including GST, TDS, and withholding tax
- Ability to prepare FSD documents and functional test scripts
- Experience with integration touchpoints between FICO and MM, SD, PP modules
- Strong analytical and client communication skills
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
