📌 Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP HCM module covering organizational management, personnel administration, and payroll
- Support implementation of time management and ESS/MSS portals for client organizations
- Prepare functional specifications for HR custom reports and payroll schemas
- Conduct workshops to map client HR processes to SAP standard functionality
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
- Resolve support tickets related to payroll, time, and HR administration
- Configure Indian payroll including statutory deductions, PF, ESI, and PT
- Document configuration and deliver end-user training to HR departments
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate or MBA in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Business Administration
- SAP Certified Application Associate - Human Capital Management preferred
- Minimum 1 year of SAP HCM project experience in implementation or support
- Knowledge of Indian payroll statutory requirements including PF, ESI, professional tax, and TDS
- Experience configuring organizational management, personnel areas, and employee subgroups
- Ability to write functional design documents for payroll schemas and PCRs
- Strong HR domain knowledge and client communication skills
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
