📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support SAP S/4HANA system conversion, greenfield, or selective data transition projects
- Analyze simplification items and prepare impact assessment for ECC-to-S/4HANA migration
- Configure S/4HANA Finance including Universal Journal and new asset accounting
- Design and deploy SAP Fiori launchpad and role-based app tiles for business users
- Conduct fit-gap analysis comparing client ECC landscape to S/4HANA standard
- Prepare migration strategy documents and go-live readiness assessments
- Support parallel ledger and extension ledger configuration in S/4HANA Finance
- Coordinate with Basis and ABAP teams for technical migration and custom object remediation
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech., or MBA with prior SAP ECC functional consulting experience
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for relevant track preferred
- Minimum 2 years of SAP experience with at least 1 S/4HANA project involvement
- Knowledge of S/4HANA migration approaches including Brownfield, Greenfield, and Bluefield
- Understanding of Universal Journal, material ledger mandatory activation, and business partner concept
- Experience with Fiori app configuration and launchpad setup
- Strong project delivery and client communication skills
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
