📌 Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SD module covering sales order management, delivery, and billing processes
• Support order-to-cash cycle implementation for manufacturing and distribution clients
• Prepare functional specifications for pricing procedures, outputs, and condition techniques
• Conduct requirement workshops and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing with MM and FICO modules
• Resolve production support issues related to sales, delivery, and invoicing transactions
• Prepare configuration workbooks, FSD documents, and end-user training material
• Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements to sales processes

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Business, or Supply Chain discipline
• SAP Certified Application Associate - Sales and Distribution preferred
• Minimum 1 year of SAP SD implementation or support project experience
• Knowledge of pricing condition techniques, partner determination, and output configuration
• Understanding of credit management, availability check, and transfer of requirements
• Ability to document business requirements and prepare test scripts
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
