• Verify seller KYC documents including GST certificate, PAN, bank account details, and business registration for marketplace onboarding
• Guide new sellers through the account registration, listing setup, and seller central configuration process step by step
• Conduct onboarding calls and training sessions to familiarize new sellers with listing tools, pricing, fulfilment, and policy requirements
• Track pending documentation and follow up with sellers to complete the onboarding process within defined SLA timelines
• Update the CRM with onboarding status, document verification outcomes, and seller activation records for reporting
• Identify and escalate high-risk seller applications with suspicious documentation or policy-violating product categories
• Prepare weekly onboarding volume and SLA compliance reports for the seller growth and operations management team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Business, or any stream from a recognized institution
• 0 - 3 Years of experience in seller onboarding, merchant KYC, or marketplace operations roles
• Familiarity with marketplace seller account setup processes and the documents required for seller KYC verification
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English for seller interaction during phone and video onboarding sessions
• Comfort with CRM tools for onboarding case management and status tracking across multiple seller applications
• Attention to detail for document verification and spotting inconsistencies in seller KYC submissions
• Willingness to meet daily and weekly seller activation targets during high-growth onboarding campaigns
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
