📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule organic social media content for D2C brand accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Coordinate with micro-influencers and content creators for product seeding, review posts, and sponsored content campaigns
• Manage the brand's social media community by responding to comments, DMs, and reviews with brand-consistent tone
• Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with product launches, festive seasons, and campaign themes
• Monitor engagement metrics including reach, impressions, likes, saves, and follower growth and report weekly insights
• Collaborate with the photography and design team to produce visually consistent brand content and reels
• Track influencer post performance and compile campaign reports covering reach, engagement, and estimated GMV impact

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any stream from a recognized institution
• 0 - 3 Years of experience in social media management, content creation, or D2C brand marketing
• Strong visual sense and familiarity with Instagram content formats including reels, stories, and carousels
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Express for basic design and video editing for social media posts
• Understanding of D2C brand positioning and the role of community building in direct-to-consumer growth
• Good written communication for brand-consistent captions, replies, and influencer briefs
• Willingness to track trends and adapt content strategy based on platform algorithm changes and engagement data
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
