• Create visually appealing posts using Canva or provided design assets and write engaging captions tailored to each platform's audience
• Schedule posts using social media management tools and monitor publishing timelines to maintain consistent posting frequency
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and in the client's brand voice
• Monitor competitor social media activity and report trends, content formats, and engagement patterns to the content strategy team
• Track and compile monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and impressions for each client account
• Coordinate with the design and video teams to brief and collect creative assets needed for campaigns, reels, and story sequences

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and their content best practices
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn pages either professionally or through personal brand management
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating social media graphics, carousels, and story templates
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to write concise, engaging captions that drive comments and shares
• Basic understanding of social media analytics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, and link click metrics
