📌 Key Responsibilities

• Drive staff or school buses on fixed routes as per daily pick-up and drop schedule
• Adhere strictly to passenger safety rules including no over-speeding and seat belt compliance
• Conduct daily bus inspection checks and report defects to fleet supervisor before starting shift
• Maintain accurate pick-up and drop registers or digital attendance logs
• Cooperate with fleet tracking system and real-time route adherence monitoring
• Observe speed governor limits and CCTV monitoring requirements at all times
• Handle passenger boarding and alighting safely at designated stops
• Report any accident, incident, or route deviation immediately to the transport coordinator

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you hold a valid HMV driving licence with a passenger vehicle permit?
• Have you driven staff buses or school buses on fixed corporate or school routes?
• Are you familiar with speed governor compliance and CCTV monitoring requirements?
• Do you understand passenger safety rules and safe boarding and alighting procedures?
• Can you complete daily bus inspection checks and fill defect reports?
• Are you available for early morning and late evening shift timings for staff routes?
• Do you have any incident or accident history that you would like to declare?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
