📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments at home and develop individualised care plans
• Administer IV medications, cannulations, injections, and infusions as per prescription
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, stoma management, and catheter care independently
• Monitor patient progress and vital signs and document findings in digital or paper records
• Educate patient families on care procedures, medication schedules, and warning signs
• Coordinate with the care coordinator and physiotherapist for integrated care delivery
• Report critical patient findings to the clinical supervisor or treating doctor promptly
• Maintain stock of clinical consumables for home visit kits and reorder as required

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you hold a GNM certificate with valid state nursing council registration?
• Have you performed IV cannulation, medication administration, and wound care independently?
• Are you comfortable conducting home visits across different zones in Coimbatore?
• Can you develop and implement individualised nursing care plans for home patients?
• Do you have experience managing post-surgical, elderly, or chronic disease patients at home?
• Are you willing to work in rotational shifts including early morning or evening home visits?
• Can you maintain accurate clinical documentation using digital or paper systems?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
