📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and format Tamil dubbing scripts by adapting original dialogue for lip-sync accuracy and tonal appropriateness for each character
• Schedule dubbing artists, voice artistes, and additional voice talent for recording sessions at Coimbatore dubbing studios
• Co-ordinate with the sound studio on session bookings, technical setup, and engineer availability for all dubbing recordings
• Supervise dubbing sessions by cuing artists, tracking dialogue takes, and ensuring each line is recorded cleanly and within sync tolerance
• Maintain detailed dubbing session reports covering completed scenes, outstanding lines, retake requirements, and artist attendance
• Liaise with the sound designer and re-recording mixer to hand over completed dubbing stems for integration into the post-production sound mix
• Co-ordinate with the director or creative producer on any creative dubbing notes, alternative dialogue options, and approval of final dubbing takes

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in dubbing co-ordination, sound studio assistance, or post-production co-ordination for Tamil film or OTT projects
• Graduate in Mass Communication, Tamil Literature, Visual Communication, or any discipline with strong Tamil language written and verbal fluency
• Excellent command of written Tamil for adapting dialogue scripts for dubbing synchronisation and formatting for studio use
• Good organisational skills for managing artist schedules, studio bookings, and session logs across multiple productions simultaneously
• Ability to work in and around professional dubbing studios and communicate clearly with sound engineers, artists, and creative producers
• Familiarity with Tamil film post-production workflow and the technical requirements of dubbing integration into the sound design pipeline
• Professional interpersonal skills for managing relationships with voice artists, studio operators, and production office stakeholders
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
