📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical resolution support for enterprise and SMB customers of the company's SaaS product via ticketing, email, and video call.
• Diagnose and reproduce product bugs, API integration failures, and configuration issues by analysing logs, error messages, and customer-reported symptoms.
• Use SQL queries to investigate database state and validate data integrity issues reported by customers.
• Test API endpoints, webhook configurations, and third-party integrations using Postman to replicate and document integration failures.
• Document reproducible defects with clear steps, severity classification, and supporting evidence for escalation to engineering teams.
• Maintain a knowledge base of common issues, resolution steps, and workarounds to enable faster self-service resolution for customers.
• Collaborate with customer success and engineering teams on critical account escalations, providing technical context and driving resolution timelines.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or ECE with one to four years of technical support experience in a software product environment.
• Solid understanding of software systems including web application architecture, REST APIs, and database fundamentals.
• Experience using Postman or equivalent tools to test REST API calls and diagnose integration issues.
• Ability to write and run SQL queries to investigate data-related support scenarios.
• Familiarity with log analysis using Splunk, ELK Stack, or cloud-native logging tools to trace error origins.
• Experience with ticketing and helpdesk platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or JIRA Service Management.
• Strong written and verbal customer communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, non-technical language.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
