📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for NSE and BSE trading terminals used by dealers and clients
• Administer and maintain Order Management System (OMS) and Risk Management System (RMS) platforms
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, exchange connectivity, and terminal login issues during market hours
• Coordinate with exchange and technology vendors for platform upgrades and incident resolution
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and exchange feed latency during trading sessions
• Manage user access, terminal configuration, and branch connectivity for dealing desks
• Document all incidents, resolution steps, and platform change management records

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or BCA with networking and system support background
• Familiarity with NSE NOW, BSE BOLT, or similar exchange trading terminal platforms
• Basic knowledge of OMS and RMS platforms used in stock broking operations
• Understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, and LAN configuration for trading environments
• Ability to troubleshoot trading system issues under time pressure during market hours
• Linux or Windows Server administration skills for trading platform management
• Good communication and coordination skills for dealer desk and vendor interaction
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
