• Track training completion, assessment scores, and certification renewals for all clinical staff
• Collaborate with nursing supervisors to address real-time competency gaps identified during quality audits
• Evaluate training effectiveness through patient outcome data, quality audit scores, and staff feedback

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have experience designing and delivering clinical training programmes in a healthcare company?
