📌 Key Responsibilities

• Settle money market transactions including call money, CBLO/TREPS, commercial paper, and certificate of deposit deals.
• Process Government Securities transactions and coordinate settlement through CCIL and RBI NDS-OM platform.
• Maintain the bank's SLR and CRR position and generate daily regulatory reports for treasury management.
• Reconcile treasury deal tickets with core banking entries and ensure accurate accounting treatment.
• Coordinate with front-office dealers for trade confirmation, settlement instructions, and deal limit monitoring.
• Prepare and submit regulatory returns including form A and other RBI-mandated treasury reports.
• Monitor counterparty settlement risks and raise flags for unresolved fails or delayed settlements.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce or Economics, or CA Inter/CMA Inter from a recognised board.
• Two to six years of experience in bank treasury back office or settlement operations.
• Strong knowledge of money market instruments and Government Securities settlement procedures.
• Familiarity with CCIL settlement mechanisms, RBI NDS-OM, and E-Kuber platforms.
• Understanding of SLR/CRR norms and daily maintenance requirements as per RBI guidelines.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg or Reuters terminal for rate capture and market data usage.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict settlement cut-off deadlines.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
