📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for client websites, mobile apps, and landing pages using Figma or Adobe XD
• Conduct user research activities including stakeholder interviews, user surveys, competitive benchmarking, and usability testing sessions
• Create user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes to map out page structures and interaction pathways before visual design begins
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes that demonstrate micro-interactions, state transitions, and responsive behaviour
• Collaborate with the web development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and that UI specifications, spacing, and typography are respected
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability audits of existing client websites and recommend UX improvements backed by data and best practices
• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides in Figma for consistent UI production across client brand properties

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity UI for web or app projects
• Expert proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design
• Experience conducting user research, synthesising findings, and translating insights into actionable design decisions
• Understanding of responsive design principles and how to design interfaces that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints
• Familiarity with accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1 guidelines to ensure inclusive design for diverse user groups
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers using design handoff tools like Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or InVision Inspect
• Degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
