📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop UVM-based verification environments including drivers, monitors, scoreboards, and coverage collectors
• Write constrained random test cases and direct tests to achieve functional coverage closure
• Author SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA) to check protocol compliance and design intent
• Analyse simulation failures and file detailed bug reports with waveform evidence
• Track functional and code coverage metrics and plan tests to close coverage gaps
• Perform regression management and triage failures from nightly runs
• Review DUT micro-architecture documents to derive verification plans and coverage models

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Describe the UVM phase mechanism and how objections control simulation end.
• How do you write a parameterised UVM agent that can operate in active and passive modes?
• What is the difference between code coverage and functional coverage, and which is more important?
• How do you write a SystemVerilog assertion to check an AXI4 AWVALID to AWREADY handshake within 16 cycles?
• Describe your strategy for closing coverage on an undersampled corner-case scenario.
• Which simulator and debug waveform tool have you used most and what advanced features do you rely on?
• How do you integrate a UVM register model (RAL) with a DUT's APB register interface?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
