📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations including warehouse management, fulfilment operations, courier partner governance, and returns processing
• Define and implement operational standards for fulfilment accuracy, delivery SLAs, return rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Own the supply chain strategy including vendor management, inventory planning, and inbound logistics coordination
• Manage courier partner relationships, negotiate service level agreements, and drive continuous performance improvement across last-mile delivery
• Build and scale the operations team including fulfilment, logistics, and customer operations functions across the organization
• Work closely with the product and technology teams to improve WMS, OMS, and logistics platform capabilities that support operations scale
• Own the operations P and L and identify cost reduction opportunities across warehouse, packaging, and logistics spend without compromising service quality

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a reputed institution with demonstrated e-commerce operations leadership experience
• 8 - 16 Years of experience in supply chain, fulfilment, or e-commerce operations with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of scaling warehouse and fulfilment operations for a high-growth e-commerce company
• Deep understanding of e-commerce supply chain including procurement, inventory planning, inbound and outbound logistics, and returns management
• Experience managing courier partner contracts and SLA governance at significant shipment volume
• Strong P and L accountability with demonstrated ability to reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality targets
• Excellent team leadership and cross-functional management skills across operations, technology, and vendor ecosystems
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
