📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead AMC sales operations across an assigned Coimbatore or Tamil Nadu zone to achieve monthly AUM addition, SIP mobilisation, and new distributor acquisition targets
• Build, manage, and coach a team of relationship managers and sales executives covering MFD, IFA, and B2C investor acquisition channels
• Design and execute zone-level distributor engagement programs, road shows, and scheme awareness campaigns
• Review zone sales performance against plan weekly and implement corrective strategies for lagging markets or channels
• Develop relationships with high-AUM MFDs and large IFA firms in the zone to drive bulk scheme adoption and SIP growth
• Coordinate with the product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver distributor and investor service requests efficiently
• Report zone performance, market share, and competitor activity insights to the National Sales Manager monthly
