📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage system-level requirements using IBM DOORS or similar requirements management tool
• Perform system decomposition and allocate system requirements to hardware and software subsystems
• Lead interface control document development and manage interface agreements between aircraft systems
• Conduct failure mode and effects analysis and support system safety assessment per ARP4761 methodology
• Support system integration lab testing and flight test programme verification activities
• Review software requirements and verify compliance with DO-178C objectives for airborne software components
• Maintain system validation and verification matrix and track closure of all system-level verification evidence

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have a B.E. in Aerospace or a related engineering discipline with at least two years of systems engineering experience?
• Are you familiar with model-based systems engineering methods and requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS?
• Do you have working knowledge of ARP4754A system development process guidelines for civil airborne systems?
• Are you aware of DO-178C software airworthiness objectives and how they interact with systems engineering activities?
• Have you developed or reviewed interface control documents and managed interface agreements for aircraft systems?
• Can you perform FMEA and support system safety assessments using ARP4761 fault tree analysis methodology?
• Do you have experience supporting system integration testing or flight test verification activities in an aerospace programme?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
