📌 Key Responsibilities

• Remove and refit aircraft interior panels, overhead stowage bins, seat tracks, and floor panels per cabin modification work orders
• Install new cabin wall liners, ceiling panels, and kick panels using approved bonding agents and fasteners
• Fit aircraft galley modules, lavatory assemblies, and service compartment fittings during cabin refurbishment
• Lay and secure new carpet and flooring materials in passenger cabin and galley areas to approved procedures
• Mate cabin electrical connectors for in-flight entertainment, reading lights, and passenger service units after interior fit
• Apply sealants, touch-up paint, and surface finishing materials to interior panels and structures per cosmetic repair standards
• Perform interior fit-out inspections and ensure all installations meet CAR-145 workmanship and documentation standards

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have an ITI or Diploma qualification with hands-on aircraft interior fitting or cabin refurbishment experience?
• Have you removed and reinstalled aircraft interior panels, overhead bins, or seat tracks in a cabin modification or MRO environment?
• Are you familiar with the types of bonding agents, fasteners, and sealants used in aircraft cabin interior installations?
• Can you mate aircraft cabin electrical connectors for IFE or PSU systems under supervision from a certifying engineer?
• Do you have experience laying aircraft carpet or installing floor panels in a cabin interior fitting environment?
• Are you comfortable working in confined aircraft cabin spaces and adhering to foreign object debris prevention procedures?
• Are you aware of CAR-145 documentation requirements for recording interior fit-out work completed on aircraft?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
