📌 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver AVSEC initial and recurrent certification training to new joiners and existing ground handling staff using BCAS-approved training content and methodology
• Deliver IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) initial and recurrent training courses to cargo acceptance staff, ramp agents, and airline catering staff as per IATA training programme requirements
• Conduct ground handling induction training for new ramp, baggage, passenger services, and cargo staff covering ramp safety, airport regulations, and company standard operating procedures
• Identify training needs for the ground handling operations team by analyzing SLA performance data, incident reports, and regulatory audit findings and designing targeted training interventions
• Develop and update training materials including presentation slides, practical exercise scenarios, assessment papers, and e-learning modules in line with current DGCA, BCAS, and IATA requirements
• Maintain accurate training records for all staff including certification dates, training attendance, assessment scores, and recertification due dates in the training management system
• Coordinate with the DGCA and BCAS for approved training programme renewals, instructor authorizations, and regulatory training audit compliance at the company's approved training facility
• Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments, on-the-job observation, and SLA and safety performance metrics and report training impact to the ground handling management team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma in Aviation, Airport Management, or related field from a recognized institution
• 4 - 10 Years of experience in aviation ground handling or airport operations with at least 2 years in a training delivery role
• Valid AVSEC certification and preferably BCAS recognition as an authorized AVSEC instructor or eligibility to apply for instructor authorization
• IATA DGR Category 6 instructor certification or willingness to obtain it as part of the employment onboarding for DGR training delivery responsibilities
• Demonstrable classroom and practical instruction skills for adult learners working in shift-based aviation ground handling environments
• Knowledge of DGCA, BCAS, and IATA training regulatory requirements for ground handling, DGR, and aviation security certification programmes
• Experience maintaining compliant training records and managing certification renewal calendars for large teams of frontline aviation ground handling staff
