- Diagnose and treat common skin conditions including psoriasis, eczema, acne, urticaria, and skin infections
- Manage autoimmune skin diseases including pemphigus, SLE skin manifestations, and vasculitis
- Perform cosmetic dermatology procedures including Botox, fillers, chemical peels, and laser treatments
- Conduct patch testing for contact dermatitis and ALCAT testing for skin allergy investigation
- Perform minor dermatosurgery including skin biopsy, shave excision, and electrocautery
- Use dermoscopy for benign and malignant lesion characterization and mole mapping
- Manage hair and scalp disorders including alopecia areata, androgenetic alopecia, and scalp psoriasis
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- MBBS + MD Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy (DVD) or DNB Dermatology from a recognized institution
- 3 - 12 Years of post-MD dermatology clinical experience
- TNMC registration mandatory
- Competency in dermoscopy and common dermatological procedures
- Laser and aesthetic dermatology training preferred for hospitals with cosmetic dermatology services
- Phototherapy (NBUVB, PUVA) experience preferred
