📌 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment of payment and lending platform services
• Manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS or Azure for high-availability fintech microservices deployment
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Pulumi for reproducible fintech environment provisioning
• Set up comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows for payment-critical services
• Harden cloud infrastructure to meet PCI DSS and ISO 27001 compliance requirements for fintech platforms
• Manage secrets, certificates, and encryption keys using HashiCorp Vault or cloud-native secrets management
• Perform capacity planning and cost optimization for cloud infrastructure supporting transaction-heavy payment workloads

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field from a recognized institution
• 1 - 5 Years of DevOps engineering experience with Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and CI/CD pipeline management
• Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native infrastructure on AWS or Azure
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI for production deployments
• Knowledge of PCI DSS infrastructure requirements and security hardening for payment platform environments
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or AWS CloudWatch
• Familiarity with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools for environment automation and provisioning
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
