📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic sub-assemblies and finished units following assembly sequence cards and drawings
• Fit wiring harnesses, cable looms, and connectors into electronic enclosures and panels
• Cut, strip, and crimp wires using hand tools and pneumatic crimping equipment
• Route cables neatly within enclosures and secure with cable ties and clamps
• Operate torque screwdrivers and spanners to assemble enclosures to specified torque values
• Perform self-inspection of completed assemblies against drawings and checklists
• Stack and transfer sub-assemblies to the next workstation using ESD-safe bins
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and report material shortages to the line leader

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• ITI in Electrician or Electronics or 12th pass with science stream
• Basic experience in manual assembly or harness fitting in an electronics or electrical production environment
• Ability to read simple assembly drawings and work instruction cards
• Comfortable using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and crimping tools
• Willingness to stand for extended periods on an assembly line
• Good eye-hand coordination for fitting small connectors and fasteners
• Ability to work in shifts and meet production output targets
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
