📌 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through structured workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Prepare functional specification documents for ERP customizations, reports, and interfaces
• Conduct AS-IS process analysis and design TO-BE process flows aligned to ERP standard
• Manage user acceptance testing including test case preparation, execution tracking, and defect logging
• Perform gap analysis between business requirements and standard ERP functionality
• Create process flow diagrams, data flow documentation, and business process guides
• Liaise between client business teams and ERP technical consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Support change management activities including training coordination and user readiness assessment

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or B.E. with 2 or more years of ERP business analysis or functional consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of at least one ERP platform (SAP, Oracle Fusion, or Dynamics 365)
• Demonstrated experience writing functional specification documents and test cases
• Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent
• Experience managing UAT cycles and coordinating with business users on defect resolution
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder reporting
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
