📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the ERP consulting practice with full P and L accountability for revenue and margin
• Define ERP practice strategy including service offerings, target markets, and technology partnerships
• Drive business development activities including key account management and new logo acquisition
• Govern delivery quality across all ERP implementation and support engagements
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of ERP consultants, project managers, and architects
• Establish ERP center of excellence, methodologies, and reusable delivery accelerators
• Represent the firm in client executive conversations, conferences, and partnership forums
• Manage SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft alliance relationships and maintain partner certifications

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or B.E. with 12 or more years of ERP consulting experience including practice leadership
• Proven P and L management experience for an ERP consulting practice or business unit
• Deep expertise in at least one major ERP platform with cross-platform awareness
• Strong business development track record with client relationship management at CXO level
• Experience building and leading teams of 50 or more ERP consultants
• Knowledge of ERP market trends including cloud migration, S/4HANA adoption, and AI-driven ERP
• Strategic communication, thought leadership, and executive presence
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
