📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute data migration strategy for ERP implementation projects including legacy data extraction and loading
• Prepare data migration templates, mapping documents, and data cleansing rules
• Extract legacy data from existing systems and transform it to ERP-compliant formats
• Develop and execute data loads using LSMW, BAPI, and batch input recording techniques
• Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems after migration runs
• Manage mock cutover data migration cycles and track open items
• Coordinate with functional consultants and client teams to resolve data quality issues
• Prepare data migration documentation including approach, design, and sign-off reports

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E., B.Tech., or graduate with 2 or more years of ERP data migration project experience
• Experience with SAP data migration tools including LSMW, BAPI programs, and BDC recording
• Knowledge of data extraction techniques from legacy systems such as legacy ERP, Access, or Excel
• Understanding of master data and transaction data migration scope in SAP or Oracle ERP
• Ability to write data mapping documents and migration reconciliation reports
• Attention to detail and data accuracy mindset for large-volume migration scenarios
• Experience managing multiple mock migration cycles with tight cutover timelines
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
