📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hospital including clinical support services, housekeeping, security, and maintenance
• Manage hospital budget, expense control, and revenue targets in coordination with finance department
• Lead NABH accreditation preparation, documentation, and compliance for hospital operations
• Coordinate with clinical department heads on capacity planning, OT scheduling, and bed management
• Manage vendor contracts for dietary services, security, biomedical maintenance, and housekeeping
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs across all departments
• Prepare monthly operational performance reports and present to medical director and CEO

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA Hospital Administration, MHA, PGDHA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in healthcare management
• 6 - 12 Years of hospital administration experience with at least 2 years in a senior operations role
• In-depth knowledge of NABH accreditation standards and hospital quality management
• Experience managing multi-departmental hospital operations including clinical and support services
• Strong financial management skills for hospital budgeting, expense control, and P&L monitoring
• People management skills for coordinating across medical, nursing, and administrative staff
• Excellent communication for patient relations, vendor negotiation, and stakeholder management
