- Administer vasopressors, sedation, and high-alert medications per ICU protocols with double-check verification
- Recognize and respond to deteriorating patient conditions including cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and sepsis
- Maintain ICU nursing documentation including hourly vitals, fluid balance, and nursing procedures
- Coordinate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and physiotherapists for patient rehabilitation and weaning
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized college with TNNMC registration
