📌 Key Responsibilities

• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Business Central for client implementations
• Set up financial management modules including chart of accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Configure supply chain, procurement, and inventory modules as per client business processes
• Prepare functional specification documents for customizations and extensions
• Conduct business process mapping workshops and support blueprint documentation
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
• Resolve post-go-live support issues and provide hypercare during stabilization phase
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards integrated with Dynamics 365 data

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA in Finance, Operations, or Information Technology
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Operations, or Business Central project experience
• Knowledge of D365 financial management, budgeting, fixed assets, and cost accounting
• Understanding of Power Platform including Power BI and Power Automate integration
• Ability to prepare functional design documents and configure D365 modules
• Good client communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
