  • Perform craniotomies for brain tumour resection, intracerebral haemorrhage evacuation, and AVM surgery
  • Operate on spinal conditions including disc herniation, spinal stenosis, trauma, and complex deformities
  • Perform endoscopic neurosurgery including neuroendoscopy for hydrocephalus and transsphenoidal pituitary surgery
  • Manage vascular neurosurgical cases including aneurysm clipping and carotid endarterectomy
  • Perform stereotactic procedures including brain biopsies, DBS lead implantation, and radiosurgery planning
  • Manage acute neurosurgical emergencies including head trauma, subdural haematoma, and spinal cord injury
  • Participate in tumour board and neuroscience MDT for complex case management decisions

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

  • MBBS + MS General Surgery + MCh Neurosurgery or DNB Neurosurgery from a recognized institution
  • 5 - 18 Years of post-MCh neurosurgical experience
  • TNMC registration mandatory
