📌 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs and report abnormalities to the supervising nurse
• Assist with feeding, fluid intake, and meal preparation as per dietary plan
• Accompany patients for short outdoor walks or physiotherapy sessions
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment at home
• Communicate patient condition updates to family members and care coordinator
• Follow all infection control and hygiene protocols during home visits

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you completed any caregiver or patient care training or certification?
• Are you comfortable with personal hygiene care including bathing and toileting assistance?
• Can you handle elderly patients with mobility limitations or cognitive impairment?
• Are you willing to travel to patient homes across Chennai zones daily?
• Do you have experience assisting post-surgical or bedridden patients?
