📌 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families during inpatient stay for service-related issues
• Conduct daily patient rounds to assess satisfaction, identify concerns, and resolve issues proactively
• Handle patient complaints and escalations with empathy and urgency, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams
• Collect patient feedback through surveys and direct interaction and present insights to management
• Coordinate discharge planning, including medical fitness documentation and payment clearance
• Assist international patients with translation support, accommodation, and travel coordination
• Prepare monthly patient experience reports including satisfaction scores and complaint analysis

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any graduate degree, preferably in hospitality management, social work, or healthcare administration
• 1 - 3 Years of patient relations, hospitality, or customer experience management
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and ideally one additional language for international patient support
• High emotional intelligence and empathy for dealing with sick patients and worried families
• Ability to de-escalate complaints and find solutions quickly under pressure
• Familiarity with hospital HMS for patient information access
• Neat professional appearance and calm temperament required at all times
