📌 Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily payment settlements across UPI, card, and net banking channels
• Process and respond to chargeback disputes within defined SLA timelines
• Monitor transaction dashboards for failed, pending, and suspicious payment events
• Coordinate with acquiring banks and payment networks for dispute resolution
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on settlement volumes and exception counts
• Update internal ticketing systems with chargeback status and resolution outcomes
• Assist merchant support teams with payment-related query resolution

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or any stream from a recognized institution
• 0 - 2 Years of experience in payment operations, banking operations, or back-office finance
• Basic knowledge of UPI, IMPS, NEFT, and card payment transaction flows
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reconciliation and MIS report preparation
• Good attention to detail to identify discrepancies in settlement and transaction data
• Ability to handle chargeback documentation and dispute correspondence
• Willingness to work in shifts if required for 24/7 payment monitoring coverage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
