  • Maintain sterile technique and use PPE to prevent healthcare-associated infections
  • Assist patients with anxiety or fear of needles through calm and reassuring communication
  • Manage phlebotomy trolley stock including tubes, needles, tourniquets, and antiseptics

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), DMLT, or phlebotomy certification from a recognized institution
