📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electronics manufacturing plant as the site head with full responsibility for production output, quality, delivery, cost, and safety
• Manage the plant P and L including budget planning, cost control, and variance analysis against targets
• Drive customer relationship management at the plant level including customer visits, audit hosting, and issue resolution
• Develop and implement capacity expansion plans including capital equipment investment proposals and workforce scaling
• Ensure plant quality management system compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific quality requirements
• Lead a team of production managers, quality managers, process engineers, and support function heads
• Set plant-level KPIs for OEE, first pass yield, customer PPM, on-time delivery, and employee productivity and drive performance reviews
• Represent the plant in senior leadership reviews, business development discussions, and regulatory inspections

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; MBA is an added advantage
• Minimum ten years of progressive experience in electronics manufacturing with at least five years in a plant leadership role
• Demonstrated P and L management experience in an ISO 9001 certified electronics manufacturing facility
• Strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes including SMT, through-hole, ICT, and functional test
• Experience managing large production teams of 200 or more employees across multiple shifts
• Track record of customer satisfaction management and successful customer quality audits
• Ability to develop capital investment proposals and manage plant expansion projects
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
