📌 Key Responsibilities

• Process policyholder service requests including address change, nominee change, bank mandate update, and premium mode change
• Issue policy documents, premium receipts, and renewal notices to customers within defined SLA
• Handle policy surrender, partial withdrawal, and loan-against-policy requests per product guidelines
• Update policy records in the core insurance system accurately and maintain audit trail
• Respond to customer queries on policy status, premium amount, maturity date, and coverage details
• Coordinate with agents and branches for missing documents and policy completion
• Prepare daily servicing MIS reports and escalate unresolved requests to senior team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any graduate degree from a recognized university
• 0 - 3 Years of insurance policy servicing or back-office operations experience
• Basic knowledge of life or health insurance policy terms and service procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance policy management systems
• Good data entry accuracy and ability to manage high-volume servicing requests
• Strong customer communication skills for written and telephone interactions
• Attention to detail for policy document processing and record update accuracy
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
