📌 Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for payment gateway, UPI, or digital lending products from ideation to launch
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to identify product gaps and prioritize feature development
- Write detailed product requirement documents and user stories for engineering and design teams
- Define success metrics and OKRs for each product initiative and monitor performance post-launch
- Collaborate with regulatory, compliance, and legal teams to ensure product features meet RBI and NPCI guidelines
- Work with business development teams to understand merchant and enterprise client needs for B2B payment products
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, operations, and business teams for product delivery
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA from a reputed institution or B.E./B.Tech with strong product management experience in fintech
- 3 - 8 Years of product management experience with at least 2 years in digital payments or lending products
- Deep understanding of UPI, card payment, BNPL, or digital lending product flows and regulatory context
- Proven ability to write PRDs, manage backlogs, and deliver products in an Agile sprint environment
- Strong data analysis skills using SQL or product analytics tools to measure product performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Bonus: experience launching products under RBI payment aggregator, PPI, or NBFC regulatory frameworks
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
