- Maintain reinsurance program documentation, treaty slips, and correspondence with reinsurers
- Prepare reinsurance performance reports including combined ratio, treaty loss development, and commissions
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Com/MBA in Finance or FIII from Insurance Institute of India with 3-8 years reinsurance experience
- Good understanding of proportional (quota share, surplus) and non-proportional (XL, stop loss) treaty structures
- Knowledge of IRDAI reinsurance regulations and mandatory GIC Re cession requirements
- Experience preparing cession statements, bordereaux, and reinsurance accounts
