📌 Key Responsibilities

• Operate in-circuit test (ICT) fixtures and functional test rigs for PCB assembly verification
• Perform functional testing of electronic sub-assemblies and finished products using defined test procedures
• Use multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators to diagnose test failures
• Execute boundary scan tests using JTAG tools and interpret test output reports
• Log test failures accurately in the defect tracking system with observed symptoms and component details
• Coordinate with failure analysis or design teams for unresolved test failures requiring deeper investigation
• Maintain test fixtures, probes, and test cables in good working condition
• Document test results, yield data, and shift test reports as required by the quality system

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Hands-on experience in ICT and functional test operations preferred
• Ability to use multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and basic electronic test instruments
• Familiarity with JTAG boundary scan testing concepts is an advantage
• Good fault diagnosis skills and ability to describe test failure symptoms accurately
• Basic understanding of digital and analog circuit functions to assist in fault isolation
• Comfortable with shift work and high-volume test throughput requirements
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
