📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition of new BPO processes from client to delivery centres, managing all phases from planning to go-live stabilisation.
• Develop detailed transition project plans covering knowledge transfer, staffing ramp, technology setup, training, and quality readiness milestones.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions with client subject matter experts and document process knowledge into SOP formats.
• Manage transition risks and issues using structured risk registers, escalation protocols, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee hiring, training, and certification of transition batch agents and team leaders before process go-live activation.
• Conduct go-live readiness reviews with operations, IT, quality, and compliance teams to validate readiness before process activation.
• Prepare and present weekly transition status reports to senior management and client stakeholders covering milestones and risk status.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or Graduate with eight to fifteen years of BPO experience including hands-on ownership of multiple end-to-end process transitions.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred for structured transition project governance.
• Deep understanding of BPO transition lifecycle phases including due diligence, knowledge transfer, training, go-live, and stabilisation.
• Experience managing transitions for international BPO processes including time zone alignment, client coordination, and offshore readiness.
• Strong risk management skills with ability to identify, document, and mitigate transition risks before they impact go-live timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for coordinating across client teams, internal operations, IT, HR, training, and quality.
• COPC Registered Coordinator certification is an advantage for managing structured COPC-aligned transition and handover processes.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
