📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 8-15 insurance agents to achieve collective premium targets
• Conduct daily and weekly team meetings for activity planning, motivation, and skill building
• Perform joint field calls with underperforming agents to identify and correct sales gaps
• Monitor team-level activity metrics: prospecting, meetings, proposals submitted, and conversions
• Recruit new agents to maintain team strength within IRDAI-compliant activation norms
• Prepare weekly performance reports and present team results to Branch Sales Manager
• Ensure all agents maintain valid IRDAI licenses and complete mandatory training requirements

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any graduate degree from a recognized university
• 3 - 7 Years of insurance sales with at least 1 year managing a team or acting as senior agent
• Valid IRDAI license for the respective insurance category
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a field sales team
• Knowledge of life or health insurance products and competitive landscape
• Good communication in Tamil and English for diverse team management
• Willingness to spend significant time in field activity alongside team
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
