📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-plant electronics manufacturing operations with full P and L accountability across all production sites
• Define and execute operations strategy to grow EMS revenue, improve margin, and enhance customer satisfaction scores
• Manage executive-level customer relationships for key accounts and drive contract renewals and new programme wins
• Oversee capital investment planning for new SMT lines, test equipment, and facility expansion across plants
• Drive operational excellence programmes including lean, six sigma, and Industry 4.0 digitalisation initiatives
• Build and develop a high-performance plant leadership team across multiple sites through coaching and succession planning
• Represent operations in the company's board and investor review meetings with performance dashboards and strategic roadmaps
• Lead integration of acquired manufacturing sites or new greenfield setup projects from operational readiness to volume production

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering; MBA from a recognised institution is strongly preferred
• Minimum fifteen years of experience in electronics or EMS manufacturing with at least eight years in multi-site operations leadership
• Track record of managing multi-plant P and L with combined revenue above Rs.200 crore
• Demonstrated success in growing EMS business through operational capability improvement and customer satisfaction
• Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing technologies including advanced packaging and Industry 4.0 concepts
• Experience leading operational integration of acquisitions or greenfield site setups
• Board-level communication skills and ability to present operations strategy and performance to investors and executive leadership
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
