📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and campaign performance for a portfolio of brand accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction, retention, and business growth
• Lead quarterly and mid-campaign performance review meetings with senior client brand teams and present data-backed strategy recommendations
• Translate client marketing and business objectives into clear, strategically sound creative and media briefs for internal agency teams
• Co-ordinate integrated campaign delivery across creative, media, digital, production, and BTL teams and ensure campaigns launch on time and on budget
• Identify new service opportunities within existing accounts and present proposals that expand the agency's scope of work and revenue
• Monitor account profitability by tracking retainer hours, production costs, and client billing against account margin targets
• Manage and develop account executive team members, providing guidance on brief writing, client communication, and campaign management skills

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of account management experience at a full-service advertising agency with demonstrated success managing multi-brand client portfolios
• MBA in Marketing or a Graduate degree in Advertising with strong understanding of integrated campaign planning across traditional and digital media
• Proven track record of client retention, organic account growth, and successful management of senior brand team stakeholders
• Ability to write strategic creative briefs that set clear campaign objectives, define the target audience, and establish measurable success criteria
• Experience managing integrated campaign delivery across creative, media, production, and digital functions within agency timelines and budgets
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead campaign review meetings and present integrated campaign strategies to C-suite clients
• Familiarity with advertising production workflows including print, OOH, TVC, digital, and BTL activation production processes
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
