📌 Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-ground brand activation programmes at malls, retail outlets, schools, colleges, and public venues for FMCG, healthcare, and consumer brand clients
• Co-ordinate activation logistics including stall fabrication briefing, material procurement, promotional merchandise supply, and on-site team deployment
• Brief and manage on-ground promotional staff, brand ambassadors, and demonstrators to ensure consistent brand interaction quality at every activation
• Monitor activation site activities, ensure brand standards are maintained throughout the programme, and resolve on-ground issues in real time
• Collect activation data including footfall, sampling count, engagement interactions, and lead captures and prepare daily and final activation reports
• Co-ordinate with venue management, mall authorities, and local event permissions teams to ensure smooth activation execution without operational disruptions
• Support new business pitches by preparing activation cost estimates, venue research, and execution feasibility assessments for BTL proposal documents

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with interest in experiential marketing, event management, or brand activation programme execution
• Demonstrated ability to manage on-ground logistics for promotional events, stall activations, or consumer sampling programmes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Tamil and English for effective interaction with venue management, promotional staff, and consumers
• Physical mobility and willingness to work at outdoor activation sites, retail venues, and consumer events across Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu locations
• Ability to manage multiple co-ordination tasks simultaneously including vendor follow-ups, material logistics, and on-site staff management under time pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for preparing daily activation reports, attendance records, and material consumption logs
• 0 to 3 years of experience in BTL activation, event management, trade marketing, or below-the-line promotional execution roles
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
