📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the revenue and profitability of the agency's client servicing function, setting account growth targets and managing billing and margin performance
• Lead the agency's relationships with its most senior client stakeholders including CMOs, VPs Marketing, and brand directors at major accounts
• Drive new business development by leading pitch presentations, developing business proposals, and converting prospects into long-term agency clients
• Oversee integrated campaign strategy delivery across all major client accounts, ensuring creative, media, digital, and BTL teams produce cohesive, results-driven work
• Develop and mentor account management and client servicing teams, building their strategic thinking, client leadership, and commercial capability
• Resolve escalated client relationship issues strategically and negotiate contract renewals, fee revisions, and scope expansions for key accounts
• Collaborate with agency leadership on talent planning, service offering development, and long-term agency growth strategy

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 8 to 16 years of progressive client servicing experience at full-service advertising agencies with at least 4 to 5 years at senior account management or account director level
• MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution preferred; demonstrated track record of managing PandL for an agency account portfolio exceeding Rs.10 crore in annual billing
• Proven new business development capability with a track record of winning competitive agency pitches and converting major brand mandates
• Deep expertise in integrated advertising campaign strategy spanning ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential to provide credible strategic counsel to CMO-level clients
• Senior executive presence and the ability to build trusted long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders across FMCG, automotive, healthcare, and real estate categories
• Strong team leadership and talent development skills with experience building and motivating high-performing client servicing departments
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage agency fees, production budgets, staff costs, and account profitability at a divisional PandL level
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
