📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, business development, financial performance, and talent management of the private advertising agency
• Own the agency's PandL, set annual revenue and profitability targets, and manage the leadership team accountable for creative, client servicing, media, and operations functions
• Build and maintain the agency's most important business relationships with CEOs, CMOs, and senior leadership at major brand client companies
• Champion the agency's creative and strategic positioning in the Coimbatore and national advertising market through thought leadership, industry participation, and award success
• Lead major new business pitches for national brand mandates, developing competitive agency propositions that differentiate the agency from rival firms
• Attract, develop, and retain senior creative, strategic, and account management talent that sustains the agency's quality of work and client satisfaction
• Set the agency's service and capability roadmap, identifying new practice areas such as performance marketing, branded content, or data strategy that drive future growth

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 15 to 28 years of progressive advertising industry experience spanning creative, account management, or strategy functions with at least 8 years at senior agency leadership level
• MBA from a reputed institution or Graduate degree with an exceptional advertising career track record that demonstrates PandL management at agency or business unit level
• Documented history of founding, building, or transforming an advertising agency practice with measurable revenue growth, client retention, and industry recognition
• Exceptional new business development skills with a network of senior brand marketing relationships across FMCG, automotive, healthcare, retail, and financial services categories
• Creative and strategic vision that can inspire and guide a talented multi-disciplinary agency team while maintaining rigorous business performance standards
• Strong public profile within the advertising and marketing communications industry including event speaking, jury participation, and thought leadership contributions
• Financial management capability covering agency pricing, staffing cost ratios, production margin, and long-term agency valuation and investment decisions
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
