📌 Key Responsibilities

• Visit farmer households in the assigned territory to explain agri finance products including short-term crop loans, KCC facilities, and agri equipment finance
• Collect and verify loan application documents including land records, Aadhaar, ration card, crop cultivation proof, and income declarations
• Conduct field verification visits to verify land ownership, crop area under cultivation, and intended loan utilisation
• Support farmers in completing KCC and agricultural loan application forms and guide them through the documentation process
• Track loan disbursement status, repayment schedules, and overdue accounts and conduct follow-up visits for dues collection
• Prepare daily field visit reports, portfolio MIS, and collections summary for the branch or area manager
• Attend agri melas, FPO events, and village credit camps to generate leads for agri finance products

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you worked in agri loan or Kisan Credit Card documentation and processing before?
• Are you familiar with the documents required for agricultural loan applications including land records and crop proof?
• Have you conducted field verification visits for loan applications in rural areas?
• How do you handle a farmer who is unable to repay their agricultural loan on time?
• Are you comfortable travelling extensively to rural areas and attending village-level credit camps?
• Can you communicate with farmers in Tamil about loan products and repayment schedules?
• Have you tracked a loan portfolio and prepared repayment MIS reports?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
