📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead all operational functions of the agritech or agri input company including field operations, supply chain, technology deployment, and farmer network management
• Own the operations P and L and set annual targets for revenue, cost, farmer coverage, and platform adoption metrics
• Build and manage a multi-functional operations leadership team covering field managers, supply chain leads, agronomy leads, and technology deployment teams
• Develop and execute the company's farmer network expansion strategy covering new district entry, FPO partnerships, and channel development
• Integrate field operations with the company's agritech platform and ensure seamless data flow between field teams and digital systems
• Drive operational efficiency through process standardisation, cost reduction, and technology-enabled automation of routine operations tasks
• Report operations performance, expansion progress, and key challenges to the CEO, board, and investors on a monthly and quarterly basis
